Our Food, Our Identity

The fiber of powder forms into one to create the coil of noodle which Cambodian like to eat. Every day farmer try harder to grin, step on, and clean to get the precious coils of noodle.  Those coils are kept as authentic food for Cambodian farmer and called as Khmer noodle.
